If you purchased your Ticket through the South Western Railway Website after the 26th March 2026 and require a refund, you will need to use our new Refund Form.

Tickets bought after 26th March 2026

If you purchased your Ticket at a South Western Railway Ticket Office or Ticket Vending Machine, please continue to fill out the form below.
